PR over Coffee started as a PR empowerment movement in early 2010. The origin of the name PR over Coffee (PRoC) came about thanks in part to the location of the first meetings, which were at many trendy coffee shops around Austin, Texas. Late in 2010 PR over Coffee took on a more formal existence with speakers and workshops led by experts from media, PR and marketing professions.
With Swyft‘s growth into Colorado, PR Over Coffee Denver will look to become a “safe” place for small business and professionals of all backgrounds to connect with media professionals and experts from backgrounds as diverse as video marketing to crisis communications in the Denver area.
Under the direction of Julia Angelen Joy, our PR Account Director, and leader for our Denver office, we look forward to growing PRoC and meeting new friends along the way. For more information and to get involved, contact Jules at julia@growswyft.com.
