Public Relations Intern Position (Denver)

Job Profile:

The Public Relations Intern will be responsible for providing administrative and creative support to the PR department by performing various activities and tasks in order to support various internal and external projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative assistance with the execution of agency and client PR strategies, tactics, and campaigns
• Assist in content management across social media and blogs
• Write compelling content related to Swyft’s PR over Coffee blog
• Update media lists, reports, libraries, and databases as directed
• Conduct research and perform market or platform analysis
• Complete agency administrative duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current enrollment or recent graduate in BSc/BA in PR, communications, or journalism
• Passion and a true interest in PR and digital marketing
• Advanced copywriting skills and ability to write with AP style
• Experience with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in digital environments, computers, and Google office  software
• Attention to detail
